Travis Hughes joined the RAUCH inc. team in 2018 with years of experience in Construction Management on large scale, multi-million dollar projects. After earning his Master’s in Civil Engineering for Construction Management, Travis began his career as an Assistant Project Engineer for Showalter Construction managing projects and customer relations and providing estimating, takeoffs and site supervision. He continued as a Construction Manager coordinating quantity and quality analysis and onsite inspections and reporting. As a project engineer, his responsibilities extended to preconstruction planning, value engineering and scheduling and management of onsite subcontractors. He is adept at ensuring compliance standards are met and providing all support for project completion and close-out.

Travis has served as the Construction Manager for Inspection services for the Chesapeake Grove USDA-funded Intergenerational project, leading the inspection team onsite.  He is providing services to most aspects of the Lakeside at Trappe project, leading all scheduling, coordinating with Owners, subcontractors and vested stakeholders, as well as providing cost estimating and management, and onsite coordination.
