Project Description

RAUCH inc is providing architectural and engineering design services for this 2.5-acre housing development project to be located in Easton, MD.  This new development will provide one, two and three-bedroom rental apartments, totaling 56 units, some with ADA accessibility. RAUCH is providing project consulting and design services including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, survey, and environmental assistance for this community housing project. Architectural plans are underway for this phased development, with construction planning in 2021. Square footages for these single-story one, two- and three-bedroom quad units ranges from 600-1100 sf.  The project requires close coordination with the client and Town Planning Department.
