Project Description

Phase I – Prettyman Manor – 2016

Scope:  Design, engineering, permitting, site grading, construction and installation of $1 million pump station  to lift wastewater from the MHP up into the WWTP; also provided access roadway.  Completed in conjunction with MDE guidelines.  Included stormwater management plan, sediment and erosion control plan, buffer management plan and critical area commission plan.  Max flow rate: 20,000 GPD 

Phase 2 – Dover Road Mobile Home Park – 2019-2020

Re-design and construction management for expansion of gravity collection sewer system to eliminate infiltration/inflow by investigating all septic tanks and analyzing power requirements in alternative low pressure pumping station scenario.  Including pump collection system, concept plan for further expansion, plat with revised boundaries and forest conservation plan.
