Project Description

RAUCH inc. was awarded the Preliminary Engineering analysis contract for review of the existing facilities and preparation of 3-4 or more options for repair or replacement of the existing plant. This included review of MBR treatment add-on units to the existing plant, and exploration of permitting, rights-of-way and sustainability considerations.

The PER contemplated total alternative costing, including debt repayments, life cycle cost analysis, O&M costs, soft costs and construction estimating.  Conclusion and recommendations were offered for best alternative(s).

An add-alternative was included with the report to update the PER for later MDE approvals and funding for the project.
