Architect

RAUCH inc., a full-service professional design firm, seeks to fill an immediate position of ARCHITECT.

B.S. or master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree;
Holds a Professional Engineers (P.E.) license and a Professional Structural Engineer Certificate (S.E.);
5+ years of experience;
Experience designing commercial, industrial, academic buildings, and transportation infrastructure preferred;
Experience using engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit;
General knowledge of applicable codes is a plus.

Plan, analyze, and design structural elements of projects such as buildings, foundations, and framing;
Perform visual inspections and evaluate the work of others;
Provide approvals and apply registration seal to drawings, designs, and plans;
Ability to work within a team setting and community/collaborate with other disciplines within the firm (i.e. – survey and architecture)
Adhere to appropriate industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
