Bill is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia, with 27 years of experience. Utilizing cutting edge technology, Bill is known for completing his projects on-time and on-budget. With proven reliability and leadership, he is mentoring the next generation of employees on all aspects of survey techniques and encouraging certifications and on-the-job training. Bill has managed projects in all facets of land surveying. Projects range from commercial, highway and residential construction projects to include stakeout services; boundary, topographic, planimetric and ALTA/ACSM surveys; major and minor subdivision design and right-of-way and easement work.
