Casey Rauch, P.E.

Casey holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He has worked for RAUCH inc. for fifteen years, and was appointed Vice President and Department Head of the Easton, MD Civil Engineering division in 2013. Casey brings his experience to the Town of St. Michaels as the Town Engineer, successfully completing many infrastructure design projects, while also serving in a construction management role. Casey is skilled in HydroCad, WaterCad and AutoCad Civil 3D design and modeling. He is the recipient of the State of Delaware’s Governors Conservation Award for innovative practices in stormwater management and design.

Project experience includes work for Talbot County on the St. Michaels Grace Street Sanitary Sewer repairs and Pump Station upgrades, where he served as the lead design specialist.  He leads the civil engineering team’s stormwater management and planning for the Lakeside at Trappe residnetial mixed-used community and has served in a design engineer role for the Heritage Shores Mixed-Use Development in Bridgeville, DE.
