Project Description

For Enterprise, RAUCH inc. teamed with Willow Construction to relocate the Easton headquarters to a vacate building across Route 50. RAUCH inc. provided architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of 1,040 sf of space providing on open plan customer service room, conference room/private office, employee break room, restroom, storage room and utility closet. Our team also provided details in the construction of a detached 850 sf one-story rental car was building, including CMU walls with a wood truss roof structure, overhead door and drive-in bays and wash down equipment for owner. Service included pre-design, schematic design, design development, mechanical engineering, site infrastructure design, full construction documents, permit and bid support, and construction administration support.
