Project Description

For this 72-unit workforce townhome community in Easton, Maryland, RAUCH inc. provided civil engineering services including surveying, wetlands and FSD concept plants, site plans and revisions, stormwater management planning, and participation in planning and approval meetings.  The development required PUD approval from the town to achieve a sufficient density. RAUCH inc. provided representation at PUD hearings for approvals of the project. The firm provided as-built survey drawings and services for site walk-through and creation of engineers punch list. This community design offers residents a laundry facility, business center, playground, and walking trails. The project was funded through the Maryland DHCD Rental Housing Production Program and Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity options.
