Residential Apartment and Recreational Community 

Project Description

Feasibility study analyzing developing a new residential apartment community and various park/recreation spaces in accordance with the Parcels’ existing zoning under the Town of Easton’s Zoning Ordinance. The report provided an overview of the existing parcels, including a description of the existing wetlands, soils, sewer, and water conditions.  In addition, all existing historical data, including deeds and relevant data maps are provided in the appendix of this report. RAUCH inc provided the owner a breakdown and analysis of the various zoning and permitting requirements associated with the Owner’s desired development concepts.  In addition, the report included a preliminary project schedule, cost schedule and development concept plan.  The report provided the Owner with a clear idea of the timeframes and costs associated with the proposed development.
