Project Description

For Rise Up Coffee, RAUCH inc. provided complete civil site work for the current drive-through site for this future new commercial headquarters building for the multi location company, based in Easton, MD. This included engineering design services, permitting and costing for the project.

RAUCH inc. also provided interior and exterior schematic design and design development concepts for the construction of a future 6,000 +/- sf Rise Up Coffee location on Dover Rd. in Easton, MD. Extensive care was given to ensure the design was aligned with Rise Up Coffee’s progressive and innovative culture.
