Force Main Installation

Project Description

RAUCH inc. completed the design for the installation of 1.5 miles of force main to connect a failing septic system to a nearby township sewer system.  This included deed research, securing necessary permits from MDE and the County, preparation of right-of-way plat and survey, flow surveys and data compilation, pipe design and sizing, construction cost estimates and services for future supervision and inspection of construction.  RAUCH inc. held extensive meetings with municipality officials, Town engineers and MDE officials and handled all permitting phases, including seeking BRF funding. Project is in final phases of permitting. Project management duties for construction–anticipated start date: 2021.
